The data you give to us voluntarily

If you register for Amplify Event through the registration form, we collect the following data: your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, your company details – name, address of company, company tax number (OIB), information regarding accommodation/conference fee and sessions for which you attend (if you are a speaker), and other participant during registration (for double bedroom), we collect the following information about them: their first and last name.

We are collecting this information for the purpose of selling registration fees for Amplify Event. We may retain this information for five years in the event that you contact us regarding grievances with the Event or in case you contact us to confirm your participation in the event or to ease other inquiries.

If you report a problem with the site, we keep that information for five years in the event that we need to contact you and ask if the problem has been addressed or to ease your future inquiries. We also keep information when creating and managing housing/accommodation. We use the information for marketing purposes. The data you provide may include your name, address and e-mail address.

Data we collect about you and your devices

During your time on our website and our services, we may use technology, such as the one provided by Google Analytics, to collect data about your visit to the site. This includes data to analyze the way you and others use our services. The data we collect may include:

  • the browser you are using (e.g. Chrome or Safari),
  • number of visits per browser on each device,
  • device type (e.g. Samsung) and operating system (e.g. Android) you are using,
  • referral information,
  • user settings.

What we do with your data we collect

The data you provide is used for facilitating the provision of services:

  • ensuring that the content on our site is displayed in the most effective way for you and your device to provide easy navigation,
  • provide marketing information about us and our services,
  • introducing changes to the website,
  • defending our servers against malicious attacks.

Your data will be shared with other organizations only when we have your permission to do so or in the event that there are other legal grounds to do so.   • for the purpose of protecting the rights, property or safety of users of our website,
  • application and newsletter.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of all your personal information we have collected. We want all your information to be accurate and up-to-date, and if you notice that any of the information we have is incorrect, please let us know. You have the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal information, as well as the right to oppose the processing of personal information.

We will correct or delete your personal information unless we need to retain it for legitimate legal or business interests.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the opportunity to contact the supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Agency. Please note that before proceeding with your claim, we may ask you for more information to determine your identity. If you are doing this on someone’s behalf, we may ask you for more information to determine if you have permission to apply.

Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page. In case of any fundamental changes, we will notify you by e-mail or using other appropriate means.
